The atmosphere was delightful, with attentive staff and good food, especially at breakfast. The rooftop pool offered great views, and nearby supermarkets made self-catering easy. the room’s limited cooking facilities were a downside, and a few amenities were missing.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment and it had decent space for us all. The kitchen was clean but missing a few utensils like a chopping board and proper spatula. The beds were comfy and the overall cleanliness was good. Plus, the balcony offered nice views, but we had some maintenance issues like the shower door seal coming loose. Not a dealbreaker but annoying. It was perfect for a family, and the kids really enjoyed their time there.

The rooftop adults-only pool has stunning views, and the splash pool is perfect for kids. We enjoyed family-friendly entertainment every night, particularly the mini disco. a great atmosphere with clean rooms and daily activities for the whole family!

Great stay with awesome breakfast!

We were welcomed by Señor Luis and found the room quite easily after a little adventure! The apartment was newly updated, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight, with made-to-order options. One bummer was the firm beds, but we adjusted. I also loved the bar area for casual hangouts!

Inconsistencies in room quality were apparent, leading to some dissatisfaction. Daily cleaning was sometimes late in the afternoon, causing interruptions to our schedule!

The air conditioning was frustratingly unreliable and kept switching off unexpectedly. Our requests for maintenance on broken kitchen appliances weren’t addressed adequately, which was incredibly disappointing. It was disappointing that we had to check out a day early without any proper refund after such inconveniences.
